Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey endorsed Donald J. Trump on Friday, a major turn in a wild race and one that gives the New York businessman a major boost as he heads into the pivotal Super Tuesday contests.
Mr. Christie was a candidate himself until he came in sixth place in New Hampshireâs primary. But his backing of Mr. Trump comes after weeks of him saying that it was time for the âentertainmentâ portion of the race to end, and as he had said that the type of executive leadership that a governor has is important.

NJ gov is term limited??!!
thanks man. embarrassed I didn’t know that.
NY?
Suppose you are right about that.
ROFL!!!!
we could form a Super MAC.
linguini, angel hair, all kinds of MACaroni :)
Cruz is not supporting Rubio — he’s running himself.
Trump did not spend his entire life in Washington politics, and he has made it very clear he is not the type to "reach across the aisle" for the sake of "reaching across the aisle".

Is that right? I am glad to hear that. I do hope the Christie endorsement brings the friend of yours, on board.
Absolutely right. He just spent his adult life paying these guys off to advance his personal wealth.
You should high five Soros and Buffet when you see them considering you are on board.
Hypocrisy - it's the calling card of the Trumpster.
I'll repeat - feel free to call this guy a liar too if you wish:
“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759
When Trump appoints a liberal to the court, the wall that the Mexicans will never pay for will seem like a dream.
“Absolutely right.”
Thank you, I know.

Lol, Now you sound just like a Bernie supporter.

Utter Confusion - it’s your calling card.

*SNRK* Ha!
I would be all in for that.
I find the endorsement exciting. Christie brings another, powerful voice into the mix for Trump and I really appreciate that!
I was VERY pleased with Christie coming out and endorsing Trump the second I heard it, one thing about Christie is he is a tough guy straight up and so I am happy with the endorsement. In fact, I am excited about it and it will help the Trump campaign so I just want to thank Christie for that, anyone who has shaken the had of Chris Christie feels that strength.
And I think this gives Trump even more strength, the “big boys” - even if they are big in more ways than one - can figure this out and while I made a lot of jokes about fatso Christie during this election, he is ok by me now.
Welcome to the casino, Mr. Christie, yes you can carry your pistol. Do you like the green dice, or the red? Let ‘em roll Christopher, let ‘em roll. Seven! Its a seven!
Watching the “all-things-Rubio” talking points unfold today and it really makes me think that Trump knew it was coming. His Christie endorsement turned the talking points into a hilarious exposition by the two of them:

The entire weekend he and Christie will unload on Rubio and put him in his place.
I really think Trump knew the “all-things-Rubio” blitz was coming after seeing everything unfold today. The Christie announcement turned into a non-stop beatdown of Rubio since that was all the press wanted to talk about. The entire weekend will be the two of them tearing him down - should be a spectacle:

Reagan didn’t “tap” GHWBush. Rockefeller & Kissinger met with Reagan at the 1980 RNC convention and told Reagan to pick Bush and if he didn’t, they’d throw the election to Carter.
Shhhh.
“Canadian Taliban” works too.
Chris Christie = Glenn Beck
