Tone of voice is surprisingly important in this race.

Because of Cruz's voice, the tone, you do not listen to him. It's like listening to a record when it's ended...round and round and round.

I'm betting all his exemplary court work has been paperwork and with minimum presentation.

Probably why the Senate can't stand to listen to him either.

Unfortunately it is oft putting to a lot of people. They hear a whiny sounding person and stop listening. They hear a fast talking, glib person and wonder what he is hiding. Like it or not, this will come into play when some people choose a candidate.
