Tomorrow night [in the debate], as they stand on either side of Trump, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz must find their resolve and all-but-machine-gun the man [Trump] to the floor.

In his next column, Cooke will delete the "all but" qualifier.

The establishment is cracking up. Now they want us to join them in a “Manhattan Project” to destroy Trump? Sorry, but it’s time to implode the GOP and send the vermin establishment packing. The gravy train is gonna end for those worthless people.

The only way to save the Republic is to obliterate the republicrats! Suck it, Charlie.

Add him to the list.

You see, he sees the problem presented is that Donald Trump wasn’t stopped. It is as if the game was that Donald Trump was given the Nomination and the goal of the RNC should have been to invalidate that. And somehow, that would give us the nominee we should have.

They don’t see anything about how the people are behind Trump. To the author, we are deranged and out of sorts to the extent that we are a danger to ourselves, the RNC, and the country and therefore the adults need to step in and straighten things out for our safety.

This is the year that will make or break the RNC. But I fear they are the ones who are bent on harming themselves permanently.

So Trump, one of the few people who truly deserves the label “RINO”, is worshiped by the anti-RINO crowd. Wow.

I’m not going to give the bastards at NR the clicks. But I will respond to the last sentence. Calling the gop “not perfect” is like calling Jeffrey Dahmer “mildly disturbed.”

The gop is so far from perfect, it could be bottled and marketed as the antithesis of perfect. The gop is a weapons grade version of f*** up, an evil and kleptocratic organization that has less morals than a bargain basement whore, and less honor than the mafia. In a more sane society, the gop would be an epithet, a tale told to frighten children. angels weep at the mention of the gop, and satan bars the gates of hell to keep the gop out.

So yes, I guess you could say that the “not perfect” gop should be destroyed.

Then after the anti-Trump Manhattan project, they have a few firecrackers to attack Hillary or Bernie.

Pop! Pop! Pop! Fizzle.

National Review likes to hire freaks; this guy is from England and thinks he should lecture all us rubes on how to handle things, because things back home are being handled so well.

Because it has been imperfect, the GOP must be destroyed.

About sums it up. Apparently this message is hard to understand? Comes from decades of stabbing voters in the back. Uniparty hunting season is open.

The buyers aren’t used to having to deal with a rooster. They’re used to fat capons, geldings, sycophants fisting their foreheads when they get their marching orders. Trump is driving them nuts.

At first it seemed like National Review had become Salon and then I realized how they all play a role in the Uniparty. They are all defending their elitist turf.

Tomorrow night, as they stand on either side of Trump, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz must find their resolve and all-but-machine-gun the man to the floor.

Machine-gun the man to the floor? Excuse me, for a moment there I thought I was reading a serious, adult magazine, not the wilder fantasies of some sophomore Ivy League journalism major. "Ted Cruz, save us!" Uh...why?

The candidacy they are likely to get from Cruz is, after all, hardly the manning of the barricades to guard Reince Priebus's cocktail parties to buy time for them to groom a replacement more suitable than Cruz. I wouldn't do it if I were Cruz and I wouldn't advise him to do it. For what? They can't offer him the Presidency because as it has become painfully clear, they don't have a clue how to get it. Cruz needs better allies than the ones who thought Yeb! was a good idea.

Guys, it's a done deal. The only hope the current DC establishment has of hanging onto power is a crooked sot named Hillary Clinton. They deserve one another.

..... My main concern with Mr. Trump as a "Conservative" candidate .... is that he changed a lot of his platform stances much too recently, just before or right after his meeting with the Clinton's ..... That kinda scares me.

..... Heck ..... I have to wonder .... Is he the socialist fail-safe .... the proverbial placeholder to maintain a status-quo for 4-8 years until another socialist liberal takes back the reins? Like it or not .... this is a legitimate nagging concern.

..... Mr. Trump was/is a little bit too buddy, buddy with the Clinonista Family for my liking. For Pete's sake .... he was almost willing to do anything to have them attend his wedding. So now he is going to prosecute the arse outta Hillary?

.... My gut instinct is telling me there are way too many red flags with this guy.
