Gov. John Kasich suggested that religious businesses shouldn't be able to decline to service same-sex celebrations.

But if you're a cupcake maker and somebody wants a cupcake, make them a cupcake," said the Ohio governor. "Let's not have a big lawsuit or argument over all this stuff. Move on. The next thing, you know, they might be saying if you're divorced you shouldn't get a cupcake."

Ka-sick can ESAD.
I’ve always thought this guy was an a**hole, pardon my French.
This guy is an idiot if he think it all boils down to a cupcake. What an irreligious stupid ass.
Hes taking George Soros money so of course.
Gays must have the wackiest wedding receptions.
Pizza and cupcakes.
He’s either a liar, or he’s too dumb to run anything, much less other people’s lives. No one refuses, pr refused, to serve sodomite customers. They refused to make cakes explicitly decorated to celebrate sodomite mirages, which went completely against their Christian beliefs, to celebrate sin. No one’s asked for cakes explicitly decorated to celebrate murder, I doubt even divorce.
This clearly shows that Kasich doesn’t understand the matter at hand. If a gay person walked into a bakery and wanted to buy a cupcake, there’s no problem with selling them one. If however, a gay person walked into a bakery—in particular a Christian one—and asked them to bake a cake decorated for a gay wedding, that’s a different story. To bake such a cake, the baker has to participate creatively. The baker should have the right to refuse under such circumstances.
He shoulda said, “Make them a fruitcake!”
See, this is what you get with these “compassionate conservative” types like Kasich. And I have no confidence that Trump’s opinion would be much different. Kasich probably thinks the “separation of church and state” appears in the Constitution.
I don’t have a problem with religious businesses providing pastries or other baking products to homosexuals. During the course of normal service, I don’t want to see homosexuals treated differently.
It’s when it comes to Wedding Cakes or having to rent out venues to homosexuals for weddings that it begins to look like you are endorsing homosexual marriage, and I think businesses should have a right to opt out of that.
Homsexuals seem to want to be able to lead their lifestyle, and yet deny others to lead theirs.
I don’t impose my beliefs on you. You don’t impose your beliefs on me.
John, do you really think that sums up the situation correctly?
Either you’re stupid, or you think we’re stupid.
He is simply trying to become the voice of the “new” GOP>
Fruitcake? Isn’t there something in the Geneva Convention against that sort of thing?
RE: John Kasich Suggests Religious Businesses Should Service ‘Gay’ Events
And if they don’t service the “Gay” event, what would a Kasich administration do about it?
Did anybody follow-up with this question?
Funny ... that's one of the things queers do.
I can't add anything to what you both wrote. Absolutely correct.
Kaisch is tossing out a red herring and is being a dissembler of truth.
