Cruz: I’d Look For and Deport All Illegal Immigrants, Rubio and Trump Would Allow Citizenship
Breitbart ^ | 22 Feb 2016 | IAN HANCHETT

Posted on 02/24/2016 1:39:53 PM PST by TBP

Republican presidential candidate Texas Senator Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said he would seek out and deport all the illegal immigrants in the US and that both fellow candidates Donald Trump and Florida Senator Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)“would allow those 12 million people to become US citizens” on Monday’s “The O’Reilly Factor” on the Fox News Channel.

Cruz began by stating [relevant remarks begin around 2:30] that the law should be enforced, and illegal immigrants in the US should be deported.

When asked if he would “go look for them” Cruz responded, “Bill, of course you would. That’s what ICE exists for. We have law enforcement that looks for people, who are violating the laws that apprehends them, and deports them.”

When asked if he would send federal law enforcement to the home of someone who overstayed their visa to deport them, Cruz said, “You better believe it.” He later added that he would put a biometric exit/entry system for visas.

After host Bill O’Reilly contended the courts would probably block this plan because of due process, Cruz objected. He further stated, “[T]he biggest difference is that Donald Trump and Marco Rubio and myself, is that both Donald Trump and Marco Rubio would allow those 12 million people to become U.S. citizens. Donald said once he deports them, he’d let them back in as citizens. I will not.” Cruz continued that under existing federal law, illegal immigrants who are deported are not eligible to come back into the US legally, and that Trump’s and Rubio’s positions “aren’t consistent with rule of law.”

Sorry Cruz. Too little, too late.

Too little: You’ve flip-flopped too much on these issues just over the course of the campaign for anyone to believe. And even if you were serious, why didn’t you parade it around before?

Too late: It’s after Nevada. SEC’s coming up soon. If you were honest about this issue, you’d have been saying it before it’s been seen as obvious desperation.

Thank you, THAT is exactly what Trump has said ALL along.

IF people would really spend time and watch his rallies they would find he is consistent about how to deal with them.

Ted Cruz... not so much. Lawyers know how to play with words, they do it all the time. That is what they do.

Oh you poor thing....your stale line doesn't fit Trump.

Since you appear to be intellectually challenged, let me help you. The vast majority of things that Trump has ever done, he has brought the projects in EARLY and UNDER first stated COSTS.

Unlike Cruz, his word is his bond and he also unlike Ted, Trump understand financials, the job markets world wide, foreign nations, and has a very good judgement where people are concerned.

Cruz is only good at memorization. That's it.

That's a lie.

Unless his big money donors need some H-1B workers and Ted, the dutiful bought and paid for politician he is, will abide by their wishes.

Cruz' written immigration plan has been out for months. It suspends H-1B visas, promises to prosecute companies which defrauded the original purpose of the law, and ties future H-1B visas to the unemployment rate on a the sector basis to which the application might apply. It also restricts the program to applicants with advanced degrees only.

To knowingly keep up with your claim after this plan was published is totally dishonest. So I suggest you cease.

You be all like:

BAAAWWWWWWWW!

It’s not healthy to hang around in the anger/bargaining stage of grief. You gotta experience it, but the more you sit there, the harder it is to move on.

"Me Too" Ted strikes again.

No one buys his pathetic game of catch-up.

He very possibly might lose Texas.

Poor guy.

Anything truthful about Trump you consider to be tripe.

But you and your ilk NEVER post anything "truthful" about Trump. You post snips, 30 year old interviews, claim that what he has said whilst joking around to be what he really means, misinterpreting his words, and then go into the impugnations, insults, and outright lies.

Neither will you ever accept the truth about Cruz and lie for him, until you are twisted up worse than a pretzel.

OTOH, Trump supporters accept him, warts and all, because he is honest, a visionary, and is the only one running who can and shall beat the Dem nominee.

“After host Bill O’Reilly contended the courts would probably block this plan because of due process”

O’reilly too dumb to realize that the courts could not do that because ICE would be acting in accordance with the law already in place, and would already be following due process. Cruz was about to explain this to him but, of course, O’reilly blabbered in on Cruz and wouldn’t let him finish his answer.

So me actually seeing Trump mock that reporter with the disability was just my eyes lying to me huh? Or when he said he’d work with Pelosi and Reid and Schumer, that was my ears lying to me huh? Or blaming Conservatives for the problems in Washington is my ears lying to me again huh? Or maybe him comparing Carson to a serial rapist. I’ll stop there because none of it matters to you anyway. You support him, warts and all. And I wouldn’t be caught dead anywhere near those warts.
