Questioning may never occur. The Subpoena is a different story. While STATE will fight to Quash, the Subpoena would place Clinton in a position to reveal her previous lies. Clinton Foundation bought and paid for her Server and the entire system. These links could sink her before any actual charges filed. It would give Obama an “out” to pardon her without dealing with the Pay for play . Blanket Pardon and/or Medical issues coming your way soon.

The rule you quote is a good one, but only applies to questions asked at the time of trial.
