Jeb Bush should have listened to his mother.
"We've had enough Bushes," Barbara Bush said nearly three years ago, cautioning against her second son's presidential candidacy by presciently pronouncing the epitaph for his forthcoming bid.

But like most American dynasties, another generation is always on the horizon. While Bush crowds loved seeing matriarch Barbara boost her son despite initial doubts, they delighted in glimpsing the young man already emerging as the next generation's standard bearer: Jeb's son, Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush.

Please, please, please, Texas, don’t elect him to ANYTHING else.
I guess I repeated myself.
Is this the one a former girl friend had to get a restraining order against?
George P. Bush - taking Texas’s heritage in the best traditions of Mexico. (Hacking computers and changing locks in the best arrogant traditions of the ruling class). http://www.expressnews.com/news/local/article/Alamo-library-dispute-heats-up-6463091.php
When Bush brought mommy to the election circuit I said, this is pathetic and a last straw attempt...and it was.
Yep. George P. Bush looting the Alamo for Carlos Slim and the other Bush benefactors in Mexico.
There have been a lot of families where the political bit multigenerationally, but we’ve basically had four national political dynasties in our history: Adams, Roosevelt, Kennedy, Bush. (Maybe Rockefeller. The Daley dynasty in Chicago follows the same pattern, but isn’t national, and the Chicago machine that got Obama elected seems to exist in spite of the Daleys, not controlled by the Daleys.)
In all four, the third generation never rose to the prominence of the first two, and the fourth generation, if it were in politics at all, did not have enough connection to the first for it to matter. Proctor would have to buck the trend to become anything major in national politics.
P.S. The Clintons do not have a dynasty, but a party machine; Chelsea will never be as politically powerful as her parents were, and the Clinton name will politically die with Bill&Hill.
Its dumb.
Didn’t we fight a war of independence over 200 years ago against a British monarchy? Why try to imitate what we fought against?
Is he the brown one?
The Bush dynasty disproves that theory. Prescott just made it to the senate, HW was a one termer, and W was a two termer. Given that trend, P will probably be appointed president for life.
Trump will have him deported. And the wall will keep him from coming back.
No Jebby, no Chelsea.
No Jebby, no Chelsea.
no Malia
So they have another $150 million they want to waste?
