I would read up more before freezing fresh spices, Cottonball.
I’m not sure they do well in freezer humidity.
There is an amazing site called Mountain Rose Herbs that has a lot of educational information...I think I read about that at that website. I think they said better to store in air tight container in dark cool place, healing benefits of fresh spices is 6 months for medicinal benefits....Not positive...this is a new area of interest and learning for me.

They have nice stuff...
I just bought a bunch of seeds to get going with new crop of herbs and spices :)

I am a grandmom. The best way to keep any spices and dried herbs, in my opinion, is in immaculate glass jars tightly closed, in a cool dark cabinet. They last for years.

Sounds wonderful! Let me know how it comes along!

They do seem like a great company. I’ve just recently been learning....one thing I learned is Matcha tea is the most potent form of green tea, so I ordered it and tried it. It’s really very nice.
Another that I’ve learned about is dried mullein. I steep it and it seems to help my husband with chest phlegm and related symptoms...coughing, etc.
