The Rose Ballroom
Only around 270 voters for that county which is as big as some European countries.
Maybe explains it. But I sure don’t know.
I am a grandmom. The best way to keep any spices and dried herbs, in my opinion, is in immaculate glass jars tightly closed, in a cool dark cabinet. They last for years.
Trump at 50% in big Clark county with 5% in.
Mormon country, isn’t it? Beck helped him there.
great idea! I get milk in gallons though;(

CNN breaks it out nicely, but still, it’s only “entrance polls.” The Hispanic vote is impressive!
Trump’s up!!!!
on a side note.... another side note... while waiting for Trump...I am sitting here listening to my frogs down in the pond. I love listening to them, even better than crickets! I wonder how they can reappear so quickly after the snow melts in the winter and after a rain in the summer when their pond gets refilled.
That's easy! That's the way God planned it! :>)
Mmmmmm! Frog legs!
Do you think vacuum sealing the jar would extend the life?
I just got a vacuum sealing system and am looking for ways to use it ;)
What time did you say dinner was being served? : )
You are very wise to do that, especially with soups. Whenever we feel a bit under the weather, we grab a bag of homemade soup and my goodness, does it ever make us feel better.
I wish more of the younger generation would pick up on these kinds of things. They would be so much healthier and save money too.
Cheers!
yes, the heavy-duty freezer quart size bags.
good idea. glass isn’t oxygen permeable.
I’ll be storing 25# bags of whole spices so was thinking vacuum-packing would protect them from the humidity here.
I have a few empty half-gallon mason jars but not nearly enough! but I should take the spices from Costco in the plastic jars and out them into quart mason jars. thanks for the idea Albion!
yum... have any Hungarian soup recipes to share?
LOL...Love me some silly pearl clutchers! ;^)
Sounds wonderful! Let me know how it comes along!
They do seem like a great company. I’ve just recently been learning....one thing I learned is Matcha tea is the most potent form of green tea, so I ordered it and tried it. It’s really very nice.
Another that I’ve learned about is dried mullein. I steep it and it seems to help my husband with chest phlegm and related symptoms...coughing, etc.
Looking good.
