99.9 % reporting in and the total number of votes is 737,213
I can't find any stats about the population of Republican voters so I wonder ...
Did pubbies stay home or come out to play ?
This was reported to be a record turnout.
It is a record number of voters for a GOP primary
Twitter says NBC reports Trump clean sweep. Wins all 50 delegates in SC. Won every Congressional District.
It is an open primary. The number of Democrat crossovers for Trump may be a significant factor.
And I heard that the turnout in NV for the Dems was very low, only about 75K. The GOP definitely has the enthusiasm factor going for it.
That’s not possible, Rove already said that Trump isn’t running because he won’t file his tax papers. Oh wait, that was a few months ago, we can’t bring that up. Well then, I’m sure I heard that Trump was going to drop out because he just wanted to promote his brand; oh wait, that was still months ago. Need a more recent explanation as to why this isn’t possible. Oh wait, yea now I know, Fox reported all night that Trump under performed and didn’t have as good a night as expected. Yea, that’s the won. This isn’t possible because it was Rubio’s night!
It’s an open primary. Whatever your registration you can vote in the primary. So the percentage of Republicans voting is unknown.
I do not 'twit', but IF this is true I am shocked.

You don’t need to believe twitter. Here is results from the AP:
For second place.
Which is more about bragging rights because no one else won any delegates.
This Steven Hayes on Fox is real Trump hater. He started saying this was a bad day for Trump. Hannity and Speaker Nute Gingrich both pushed back and correctly said it was a landslide for Trump.
So far Trump comes away with 44 out of 50 delegates and may get almost all of the 50 when the final precinct totals are analyzed. Trump must have won every demographic, he won by double digits.
Trump ran Jeb who spent 24 million in anti Trump ads out of the contest. Plus Trump gathered momentum for Nevada on Tuesday.
Steven Hayes is a jerk. Gingrich said for a guy in politics for just 7 months Trump is a very fast learner.
Second place doesn’t matter at this point. Trump took all 50 delegates.
602,166 votes were cast in the 2012 SC Republican primary.
So this year was definitely much higher.
And most wondered why Trumps’ Iraq comments last debate?
Actually only about 12,000 turned out for the Democrats in Nevada today. Very low turnout for a state with 3 million people (not including tourists).
Thanx ... I appreciate that
