I think he’s showing his hand in a different way. I think he’s warning us that he has nuclear capabilities and the economy could collapse at any time.

I suspect that the plan is for an EMP attack in November or December, to make sure that NOBODY succeeds him - in accordance with his statement in July of 2008 that he would be POTUS for “the next 8 to 10 years”.
