Didn’t realize that Cruz and Rubio were getting so much PAC money...I knew Bush and Hillary were, of course, but it’s disappointing to Cruz/Rubio also getting so much.
So no one but billionaires should run for president? It takes a lot of cash to run a campaign, and unless you are Trump or Bloomberg, candidates need PACs, which are regulated by the FEC.
Well, Trump is fortunate enough to be able to personally fund his campaign, but people like Cruz and Rubio need PAC money to campaign. The only other person without PAC money is Bernie, and he’s managing to run all on personal donations. That’s about the only thing I can give Bernie credit for.
