His position at this point is what the states might do with the land if they got into financial difficulties. Like Harry Reed selling or leasing land to China, Arizona selling Indian land to Australians, Hillary trying to sell Oregon land to Russians. That has to be addressed.

Right now, there's a lot of discussion about the federal government transferring those lands to states and the divesting of that land. Is that something you would support as President?
