Couldn’t see this one happening.
They are reaping what they sowed. This is why the whole transgender thing is going to blow up in their faces.
It doesn’t say if this is in a school, but this kind of scenario can certainly be happening in one so pinging the ARTH list.
This is a perfect example of why to keep kids out of public schools.

It very well could be but I also know swim teams which use local public school pools for swim meets.
My kids swam with the Y team at one point and that was the case for a few meets.

One thread on DU was about how these people should carry a doctor’s note or even a special ID to prove they are allowed in the opposite-sex bathroom. Nobody challenged the idea.
If a facility operator requested such proof I have no doubt DU would want to boycott the place since the trans-person should be taken at his/her/it/zit’s word just like illegal aliens.
