Did Ted Cruz naturalize while under 18 years of age after his parents divorced, under the theory there was no longer an alien father? Did Ted Cruz never naturalize and remained an alien citizen, and then renounced his Canadian citizenship; in which case he retains his unlawful U.S. citizenship until he undergoes denaturalization proceedings, after which he would become a stateless person, so he would sue to prevent becoming a stateless person? In any case, Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen of the United States, whether or not he is a U.S. citizen qualified to be a Senator.
