I think photoshopping a handshake crosses the line. But Trump putting up a picture of Jeb picking his nose is fine and dandy.

A photoshopped picture is no different that the word picture other candidates create with innuendo, suggestion, and guilt by association.

But Trump putting up a picture of Jeb picking his nose is fine and dandy. Trump never claimed it wasn't photoshopped, like the Ted Cruz campaign is, even though it even looks photoshopped. You can see the point where the head was attached to someone elses neck.
