Students and staff at the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus have been ordered to shelter in place after reports of a gunman on campus.
FOX25 has received several tweets from members of the campus community but has not heard back from campus officials about the situation.

Shelter in place = makes the bodies easier to count - I had never even heard of shelter in place until I moved out east. I was talking to a local pol one day, and that is what they said - should something happen, shelter in place so as to keep the bodies in an easy to manage/count situation.

With that description...probably a black male. He’s probably looking for an individual who he feels “dissed” him and he won’t be a threat to the students unless his bullets go wild.
