The same tactic was used last summer against Trump for Carson where one poll by an unknown was concocted to show Carson ahead of Trump. When the pollster was revealed, he was found to be known as a real slimeball that had found a way to sample and get results showing Carson ahead of Trump.
But then, we will never get there because the base is NOT going to the polls to elect TINFOIL TRUMP AND HIS CODE PINK CINDY SHEEHAN IDEOLOGICAL SOULMATES.

I don’t think he can run third party in a state if he ran in a primary as another party in that state.
He might also open himself up for a class action fraud law suite.

I put quite a bit of time and thought in my post. It was about the facts and what I hope I've learned about human nature in 70 years, and using them to explain how I reached my choices. I thought I was honest, accurate in my details, and respectful of those who disagree with me. I do have to say it wasn't a waste of time. Spelling everything out as I typed crystallized in my mind confidence in my thought process.
What I was hoping for, but not with great expectations, was a similar, thought out response without the insults or the attempted put down of my motives or reasoning skills.
What is your point with a response like that? Do you think it helps your candidate? You'll never get anywhere with me and all of us Trump supporters who've thought things through if you denigrate our motives or analytic reasoning skills.
If he loses for sure he’ll run 3rd party. The vindictive SOB doesn’t care about conservatives.

sadly, I think you are right. As far as us here in Texas, we can only hope the Sunni Saudis and Shia Iran have a little dust up. Hopefully we will step back instead of getting involved.
Almost every small business in my little town involved with the oil business is shut down.
Some how 1 of my SIL is still working the rigs. I tell him, you must have really good connections or are really really skilled. Hopefully he’s banking things because the future for US roughnecks doesn’t look good for the foreseeable future.

And the fact is a man who has given millions of dollars over the years to people who HATE everything I believe in and stand for; is now leading in the polls as the Republican front runner for President. My natural instinct and conscience compel me to fight against those who have a track record of trying to destroy everything that is good and just in my country.
I love what Trump says. I applaud him on 80 to 90% of the words that come out of his mouth. But to date...they are just that...words.
I'll go with the guy who HASN'T given monetary support to my political enemies. I'll go with the guy who has had my back in his capacity to fight for what I believe in to the best of his ability in SPITE of the obstacles laid in front of him at every turn.
I will have his back this time. I will do whatever I can to support him for it is he who is on my side; and he is one who has never wavered despite an onslaught most in the political arena wouldn't dare face.
I will try as best I can, to convince others that Ted is the real deal, the real conservative and the BEST choice of my country to select the next three Supreme Court justices. If, in the course of trying to sway more people to join the fight, some are offended....SO BE IT.
CONSIDER YOURSELF OFFENDED. I will go with the guy who would never DREAM of giving ONE LINCOLN PENNY to my enemies UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
