"That candidate is considered a political outsider by all of the pundits," [Mika] said. "He's tapping into the anger of voters, delivers a populist message. "He believes everyone in the country should have healthcare [and] he advocates for hedge fund managers to pay higher taxes," Brzezinski added. "He is drawing thousands of people at his rallies and bringing in a lot of new voters into the political process. Who am I describing?"
"You're describing Donald Trump," the outspoken billionaire responded.
"Actually, I was describing Bernie Sanders," Brzezinski countered.
I agree, there’s nothing new or out of the ordinary about Trump’s plan as far as I can tell.
He says we can’t have folks dying on the streets ... we don’t. He says he’d make deals with hospitals to take care of the poor ... already in place and hospitals struggling under the burden.
Other than that, I do like what he says about being able to purchase insurance over state lines, but that’s not a new concept either.
Dumb..,that description fits both of them..actually, I can’t recall Bernie specifically calling out hedge fund managers...
I don’t doubt that DT will build the wall if elected. His goal is to build the economy so he and his company can make a profit. He’s angry because he’s losing money on his vacation spots. So whatever policies he has in that regard will probably be done.
On his website he still has not made the middle of the road pro-life stance an issue that is worth listing as such or added any pro-life policy but he has added his press release about it. It will be replaced as he makes more noise.
I do doubt trump will build the wall. All a part of the Art of the Deal. Make it seem as if one will do A then do B.
Ah! I have not read it. I do wonder if he will use the contractor of the lowest bidding like the government and use everything made in China.
That’s easy enough to do when you don’t have any core values!!!
Apparently a bit longer than it took for agrarian ladys ping list to respond
It hurts to think of how many of my tax dollars were wasted on your "education".
(You are correct, his crowds are puny in comparison. Some other things that would describe all three of them, however, include the uncanny coincidences that they all breathe, and they all eat too, and when they want to see something, they all open their eyes! Hard to believe, isn't it?)
Yes, Trump has advocated free market solutions, such as consumers being able to purchase out of state, or having a state come and do business within another state such as NY, as he put it recently.
And I really hate to have to tell you this, since you seem at the breaking point with the subject ... but despicable as it may be to you, whenever the government (meaning the taxpayers) pay the bill, it is known as single payer. It’s been around a while now, nothing new whatsoever.
“No, Senator Cruz, it was Hillary that said the sky was blue...”
Trump did a great job tonight. Very proud that we will overwhelmingly beat that creeper Cruz. What a freaking liar that guy is. Saying that Trump’s sister was nominated by Clinton........he is going to hell or should be.

Actually Trumpand Sanders are close on the issues
BIG DIFFERENCES
Trump will achieve them with fair trade, a free but more fair market, lower taxes and regulations, giving back power to states and individuals and freedom. Sanders more taxes more regulations more bureaucrats more control over your lives
Which is what happens now and always has happened. In healthcare for 40 years now...
But don’t anyone dare say Trump is not a conservative or that he’s not the best thing since sliced bread!
It’s not a dirty trick. If Donald holds those positions, then he is just being honest. He didn’t have to claim those positions were his, and no true conservative would have.
Of course, nothing new.
Well, at least Sanders admits he’s a statist. Trump’s core belief is crony capitalism with him as its beneficiary, with the politicians he bought picking him and his businesses, and others getting screwed.
About one third of the SC voters in the GOP are expected to be Dems (it’s an open primary) so I guess they’ll be happy about this. Lefty leftists on both sides.
They’re going to hear plenty of Sander’s ideas from Trump that resonates with them, and I do think there will be some operation chaos going on to keep Trump as the leader so that most of America can laugh at the conservatives.
