I agree Rubio is an empty suit. I just know he practices in front of the mirror with his staccato speaking and his little jabbing hand movement. I think he is incapable of thinking on his feet. A GOPe for sure, no longer Tea Party.

And the odious Nikki Haley endorsed him. She has shown her true colors.
