I get awful tired of people apologizing for telling the truth.
Just yesterday some campus cop (looks 19 years old) at Univ. Texas gave a street preacher a ticket for offending people because he said things like keep your “legs together”, “war on the anus”, and “sorority girls are sluts”. He was not on school property.
Truth hurts. If you are a slut them expect to be called one.
Campus cops sure do think awfully highly of themselves.
If it is just outside the campus then they still have jurisdiction, however here I think it is 1,000 yards they do not.
Campus police are a joke anyway. People who are retired and want a cushy life now, or people who can’t hack real police work, or are perverts looking at college girls and yes I knew one guy who was like that.
