What happen to Scalia can work both ways. The war for America must not be lost. Go Trump !
You talkin' about 0bama?
The marxist mohammedan sodomite IS on a mission from 'allah' ...
TDo you always give up that easily?
The Supreme Court recently stopped two of his unconstitutional excesses dead in their track, so he is not invincible yet.
As head of the Judiciary committee, Grassley shouldn't be in public saying Obama's nominee won't get a vote before he/she is even nominated. So his statement was smart.
And before assuming that the Senate will roll over so quickly on this, you may wish to reflect on the fact that the only reason he issued those executive orders on immigration and clean air in the first place was because Congress refused to pass the legislation he wanted.
I'll say this, though. The only way the left truly will be invincible is if a bunch of petulent Republicans sit home in the general election, and ha d the Presidency and appointment power to the Dems without a fight.
No I never give up that easily. But we have had almost 8 years of this monster, and for all intents and purposes, unopposed, ramming his Muslimatic Marxism down our helpless throats.
So, tell me, what is your solution? I only see that he has managed to 'transform the United States of America' just as he promised on October 30, 2008; to what? do we even know?
The solution is to elect a Republican President and keep Congress under GOP-control, because the process for repealing a law is no different from the process for passing one. ObamaCare squeaked through during a tiny window when Democrats had a filibuster proof majority in the Senate, control of the House, and the Presidency.
There's really no shortcut or other way.
