Get out your tiny violins. Martin Shkreli, the man America loves to hate, appears to have lost $15 million in bitcoins after he tried to buy the rights to Kanye West's new album.
The now-ex-CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, who hiked the price of HIV medication by 5,000 percent, was trying to buy Kanye West's album from his record label so he could sell it on to his fans.

He’s BSing.
I always invest my money in Kanye. I mean, any guy who rewrites the beginning of the Bible, substituting himself for God .... what could POSSIBLY go wrong?
Great to see a guy lose $15 million trying to invest in another guy that’s already lost $50 million.
He should have put his money in instant flan.
This is like a game where you wish both teams could lose.
Can you spend Bitcoins in a federal prison?
I read the article. This guy is a serious douchebag. Serious.
Unbridled greed = Democrat
This came up at bitcointalk this morning - it’s almost certainly a lie/scam by the guy to garner sympathy and/or avoid losing some of his money in bankruptcy court. The fact that there are no public keys given by him or in the article is one strong piece of evidence. And the fact that he blathers about talking to Satoshi is pretty much proof that he’s off his rocker.

Yeah, I’m always ready to hand over $15M to a dude named Daquan who I met online.
Truly LOL
I still have Clinton as the most hated man. Carville right behind him.
This plus Kanyes is in hock for 55 million bucks. Time to take away his check book.
It would be hard work to piss away that much money. What a moron.
Two bitches and I ain’t talkin’ about Kim!
The difference between (Bill) Clinton and Shkreli is that some people actually like Clinton.
