Who do YOU want nominating justices to the highest court in the land?

Rank the following choices from first to last:

1 - A Johnny-come-lately conservative?

2 - A proven constitutional conservative?

3 - A bitter old communist loser who never had a steady paycheck until he was 40 years old and latched on to the government teat?

4 - A sneaky, nasty, lying harridan with a 45 year long trail of criminal activities and a history of incompetence and failure at every job she ever had?

Cruz can’t win, right, so you will settle for a man who is certfiably insane?

If the American people either actively want a European style socialist "utopia" or are too stupid to realize that a liberal Supreme Court will get us there real soon whether they like it or not, then why should we fight tooth and nail to keep the Supreme Court kinda sorta conservative?

If Hitlery or Sanders or Bloomberg become president and put Lawrence Tribe think-a-likes in all four openings then we still have a Plan B: A convention of states to make explicit in the Constitution what our Founding Fathers wanted and failed to spell out. Failing to spell out only because they assumed future generations of Americans wouldn't become as stupid as ours has become.

I am not going to look the other way on amnesty, increased H-1b, TPP/TPA, etc. in hopes that Jeb or Rubio might choose someone slightly less despicable than Holder.

“Cruz can’t win, right, so you will settle for a man who is certfiably insane?”

There’s that imagination Cruz kept talking about in his announcement speech. BTW, pathological lying like con man Cruz is certifiable.

With Trump’s “pro-life, except...” position, Todd doesn’t have to choose one - he has the abortion one, too.

— Obama will nominate a black lesbian and the republicans will cave after being called racist, sexist and homophobic.

Now if the black lesbian was a muslim, then you’d have something.

Asking for the Republicans not to screw up is like rooting for the Washington Generals to win.

This argument has been completely worn out. The GOPe push their extreme “moderate” and then try to force conservatives to eat the excrement sandwich. I, for one, am so pissed off I no longer give a crap about this argument.

I’ve read that Ginsberg often nods off during hearings.

From the article:

Now -- I want to say something to all you folks out there who profess to be good churchgoing Christians.

I hate to continue to say this, because I am a Christian, but....

The more our side beats people over the head with religion, the more we alienate people that would otherwise vote Republican.

The more our side forces religion down people's throats, the more we alienate people that would otherwise vote Republican.

Open, flagrant, and unnecessary displays of religion are as distasteful to most people as open displays of homosexuality.

Most people just don't think in those terms.

I wish certain elements of our side would please realize that not everybody is a holy roller. Very very very few people are.
