We must have an immediate Scalia autopsy
American Thinker ^ | 02/16/2016 | James Lewis

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has died, deeply mourned by his friends and admirers, while liberals are happily celebrating his demise (in their usual indecent fashion). La Raza, radical environmentalists, and the affirmative action establishment are celebrating today.

Scalia's sudden death leaves a 4-4 split on the Court, neutralizing the power of the Court until a ninth justice is confirmed. But Obama might try to make a recess appointment, thereby sabotaging the Senate's advice and consent role. He has already done that with the fraud-filled Iranian nuclear surrender "treaty."

[SNIP]

Justice Scalia's sudden passing may have been due to natural causes. But for the first time since the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King, Jr., many Americans are sincerely wondering what might have happened. They are not just on the paranoid fringe.

President Obama is constantly claiming unconstitutional powers, something that Justice Scalia opposed with all the intellectual force at his command. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court itself has come under serious criticism ever since Chief Justice Roberts issued self-contradictory opinions favoring Obamacare. Hillary Clinton is being credibly accused of national security felonies as secretary of state, and the DOJ and FBI are said to be at odds on indicting Hillary. If she becomes president, there is likely to be a bloodbath in the permanent government in D.C. A perfect storm is rising in American politics.

As we can tell from the jubilation on the left, Justice Scalia had hateful enemies, and he must have received death threats, which the FBI must now re-examine. The American public must also know on whose authority an obviously necessary post-mortem examination was avoided. The best way to restore public trust is to appoint a bipartisan congressional committee to oversee a medical pathology team.

Curiosity and conspiracy theories are not what rules in a case like this-if there is no sign of foul play, no reason to suspect it-besides someone other than law enforcement or family thinks it might be so-then no autopsy is required unless the family wants it.

Scalia’s family said “no”-they are not obligated to turn over the remains of their loved one to a lab just to satisfy the suspicions and curiosity of those who insist there must have been a murder, or to squelch any conspiracy theories from circulating on the internet-that is going to happen no matter if there are no autopsies or 10 of them-so what would be the point?

There was no evidence of foul play according to the examiner and law enforcement-and the life that Scalia enjoyed-being considerably overweight, lots of parties, alcohol, unhealthy food, cigars and pipe, etc are not conducive to a life past 59-never mind 79. It sounds like he had a great time doing just what he liked with his life-not yours or mine...

I read that the Left is saying the Bushes killed him.. Scalia was about to reveal that they were in on the 9/11 attacks-- or something like that. so I just want to help the Left.

headline?
Trump had Scalia killed.. Justice Scalia was about to reveal that Donald wears a toupee!

No, Cruz bumped him off because he would rule that he is not natural born.

If the family wanted it then I'd be for it, but only the family decides and they decided not to do one.

The family has no say in whether or not an autopsy should or should not be performed.

I’m beginning to wonder if there was something sexual involved. But then again I’ve been listening/watching conspiratorial shows.

What if Scalia was ready to challenge Obama’s Executive Actions as unconstitutional or the Iranian deal?

Maybe I missed something, but-I could never afford one of those fancy guest ranch stays-but I’ve been camping in that area of W. Texas many times, as well as hiking and camping in Big Bend Park itself-and I never saw any devils, or their dens-it is just a beautiful, mostly desert/mountain area...

I expect an autopsy for the same reason I favor cops wearing body cams .. I don’t think they are do anything wrong but I think it’s a good idea... it keeps everybody honest

No autopsy?
The family was also threatened with death. (Just a thought)

In this state they do, if there is no evidence of foul play, as there was in this case-if there is no evidence of a crime, then the family says what happens to the remains, not the state...

Is it a coincidence or foul play? Scalia was a very powerful person on the Supreme Court. Obama’s legacy could be challenged by the Supreme Court. If he died by Natural Causes they should of at least documented it with an autopsy to prove it. It is almost like they want people to start conspiracy theories. The country is extremely divided and will remain divided because of these issues.

Breitbart’s family also didn’t want an autopsy done on Andrew. People are being threatened. Read Sharly Attkisson’s book “Stonewalled: My fight for the truth against the forces or obstruction, intimidation and harassment in Obama’s Washington.” And if they can do it to Scalia and get away with it, imagine what they can do to you and your family?

If Obama or any other prominent Democrat held a press conference and confessed to murdering Scalia.......

NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN

There is no need for an autopsy.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t it the family who chose not to have an autopsy performed?
