Americans will not elect Canadian, Ted Cruz.
“Sorry”? Trump has a limit of 4 letters per word, too big you know.
Unapologetic, refreshing.
Cruz has funny stufff. Shame about the Canadian thing.
>> Is Trump a fiscal conservative ?
Not really. Look at the organized criminal sewer he's slithering out of:
Editor's Note, 8/10/15: Four years ago, Wayne Barett reported shady business deals ahead of Trump's flirtation with a White House run. After first exposing Trump's ties to organized crime in his 1992 book, Barrett looked into his most recent business dealings and discovered the following:
* One associate who was an "unindicted co-conspirator" in a massive 2000 stock swindle ÃÂand escaped prison only by helping to convict 19 others, including six members of New York crime families
* Two associates who served prison time on cocaine charges
* Another partner prosecuted for trafficking underage girls after a dramatic helicopter raid on a yacht off the Turkish coast
* A pending lawsuit against Trump Soho that alleges daughter Ivanka, among others, made fraudulent misrepresentations
And why did the Saudis have to bail Trump out?

>> Shame about the Canadian thing.
Too bad Trump’s too much of a wind bag P#$$Y to actually make good on his vapid threat:

Oh please, gag me with a spoon with your consistent conservative crap. Thatâs all you got, isnât it.

Well it is certainly than someone who has changed party affiliation 5 times and supported partial Birth Abortion well into his 60’s. That sounds like a person without real beliefs who hasn’t spent much times thinking about anything but his personal wealth and pushing his ‘brand’.
Now I can't confirm that such an article ever existed, but it was meant as a joke. I thought it rather dumb of him to utter for sure, but Donald is Donald. Which is totally in the face of political correctness. If you actually believe he would do such a thing, than that is on you.
Trump is far more than a Casino Mogul, but having never been a politician does not mean he could not handle the job. It also does not preclude him from doing a better job than any politician might do. He certainly is not beholding to any special interest group.
I support him because I think he is sincere that he wants to make America great again. I think he is smart enough to realize he has to move as far away as possible from liberal ideologies if he is to be successful.
I make no claims as to how liberal or conservative he really is, or even how successful he will be as a leader. But his appearance of sincerity has won my vote. I am usually a pretty very judge of character.
As for birther crap, than what you really believe is the Constitution is crap. There is no way the Founder's would have considered Ted Cruz a natural born citizen. There are several factors working against him. His father was a Canadian citizen at the time of his birth, and it's unclear what his mother's status was at the time of his birth, because she was on the Canadian voter rolls. At best a dual-citizenship holder, and only if she didn't renounce her American citizenship. Cruz was a dual citizenship holder himself, regardless or whether he was aware of it or not. He was born outside the boundaries of the United States and her territories.
If Trump is the Republican nominee, and you do not vote for him in the general election or vote for a 3rd party candidate than you are helping the Democrat Party, regardless of what you believe.
1. Cruz birther issue, agreed he should resolve it by asking Congress to rule, much like the McCain ruling.
2. You are putting lots of stock in an untested, unproven person who says he is suddenly Conservative, like I said I have tons of friends and family that love Trump’s no holds barred approach, open your window put your head out and hollar I am sick of this shit and I ain’t going to take it no more... but I am a realist and Trump lost me the minute he attacked GWB. Bush was a Patriot who was President during one of the worst days in American history, to try to destroy that legacy when he didn’t need to, is unforgivable for me, he should have stopped at the Iraq bad war comments most of use are inclined to agree but then pivot to the truth and explain how the surge worked and how Obama and the left destroyed it all and brought about ISIS and the challenges we face today but no, he had to show his liberal side attacking GWB.... good luck with him, you will need luck.
>>Trump is far more than a Casino Mogul,
“The new trump and the old trump - are the same Trump”?

It seems more than a little disingenuous for somebody to claim to be an “Outsider” — when the FACT is he’s been connected to insiders like his “mentor” Roy Cohn...

Nobody can find Trump on the record criticizing the war or being against it until almost a year and a half after Bush went in.
I just read his words and I don’t see that. He said if we do strike Iraq we should complete the mission.
Typical Trump.....he has less understandng about the Iraq War, both prior, during and after, then most of the posters here on FR.
Saddam had already used WMD”S on the Kurds......we have our troops who found them and were exposed that testified to finding them in Iraq....and it;s well known many of these were shipped out to Syria and surrounding nations as well.
The list could go on and on...but it’s used as a political point for the uninformed such as Trump. His understanding of all things comes from whatever his most recent advisor tells him, or he reads in the news. HE’s such a fraud!
We've watched it develop here on FR, despite warnings and facts presented. Trump plays into the the minds of what folks want to hear but has no convictions of his own outside of what's good for Trump and what can get him where he wants to go next.
Interesting he once said when asked why he would consider running for President..."How much more real-estate and houses can I build!".......
This is just another notch in his belt so he can go out saying he ran for President.
I didn’t civilians got to vote on war?
Like our president now.
Show me a liberal that wants to build a war to keep illegals out and show me a liberal that wants to stop the Muslim invasion of the United States. I can show you a fake conservative “Christian” who takes millions of dollars from homosexual activists without blinking an eye, then turns right around tells you how much of a good Christian family man he is, and that man’s name is Rafael Cruz.
That is the stupidest reasoning I have read on here, seriously. Infantile and stupid. But perhaps that is par for the course now.
“I don’t really care for McCain but what Trump said about him was reprehensible.”
McCain collaborated with the enemy in North Vietnam as POW so much the nickname they gave him was Songbird.
You haven't the slightest clue as to how business is done in New York do you?
The real world for New York builders is there is no escape from involvement with mobsters. They control things a builder needs to get his construction project even off the ground, let alone finish the build. You have zero choice in the matter, even if you are Donald Trump.
