he said, ‘it’s been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep,”
I need a Doctor or a Nurse to tell me if this whole thing sounds right for someone who has a heart attack while sleeping. Would the covers really be unrumpled and a pillow stay on his head. Maybe he smothered to death. This is idiotic.
It seems to be the body would move while having a heart attack.
I can accept a pillow over his head. I used to sleep face down with a pillow on my head.
What I don’t get is everyone I’ve ever known who had a fatal heart attack either clutched their chest or sat up in bed. The didn’t just lie there with their hands crossed on their chest.
I also question why someone felt it important to note that his clothes weren’t wrinkled. Are they trying to convince us that there was no tussel?
