One fairly well known is a massive potassium dose. The body releases potassium into the blood after a heart attack, so it is HARD to detect.
The other is a drug. Don’t recall the name, but it’s not commonly available to say the least. It degrades within an few hours, so without a quick tox screen, it cannot be detected.
I’m sure there are others.
All of that said, I’ll reiterate that sometimes heart attacks just happen.
Regardless, the loss of the Great Man Scalia is a blow to this nation. Prayers for his family.
