Cult of personality. It was true with the bushes in the early 2000s and it is with Trump now.

I have never seen anyone go after the Bush’s like that.

Since Ross Perot.

Just saying.

Trump is going to save our country. Hard to believe that some here want to vote for some milquetoast stupid candidate with zero chance at winning. And as far as the polling against Hillary and Bernie.....big deal right now......get back to me in October when he is beating them 60-40. Yep it will happen. Trump understands the voters this time around. 2008 or 2012, Trump probably wouldn’t stand a chance, but 2016 is the year of the voter and the voter is pissed of at every Republican and Democrat in office.

Sorry Cruz you are Washington DC and part of the problem. Can’t escape the voters however hard you try.

If anything, his opposition to the war and Hillary’s vote for the war is going to present an interesting dynamic in the general election if he is indeed the nominee.

Sorry Trump supporters but going full on Cindy Sheehan is never a good strategy in South Carolina. But hey, if Trump still craves publicity after he drops out maybe he could try singing with the Dixie Chicks - his views would fit right in.

He saves most of his attacks for Republicans, like when he was a Democrat up until he was 65 years old. Now that he’s nearly 70, it’s hard for him to attack the Democrats. After all, he’s funded them most of his life. Being a Republican is all new to him. His contempt for them is longstanding and visceral. He just learned that he’s a conservative when he decided he needed to be president. So he’s kind of behind the curve on what we believe. And he’s spoiled super rich brat. That’s why he’s such a crybaby when things don’t go his way.

I don’t think it takes a political genius to figure out that attacking the Bush family is a good move in 2016. It’s amazing how repulsed so many Americans from all over the political spectrum are at the mere mention of that name ... and rightly so.

Donald Trump parrots liberal talking points on Iraq.

FRumpsters agree, sound like Salon & Democrat Underground.

The only thing missing was characterizing Dick Cheney was the devil.

Trump should have taken it farther, by laying the original sin of the Iraq war right on the doorstep of Bush1.

A very good article, reminding us that politics as the art and science of winning, is indeed a blood sport, of which Trump is a master.

“In a culture where “politics” has become an echo chamber — a vain hall of mirrors installed by the worship of rhetoric and self-regard — true politics, the art and science of victory, is dead.

“The kinds of action that arise from a corrupt political culture, from the corrupted idea that politics is a game of semiotics first, are, therefore, also corrupted: fake actions, actions without integrity, actions born to lose.”

That’s a powerful statement right there.

Just seeing Barbara hauled out in a walker to sell her boy is enough to turn me off for the last time. Enough already! And I loved 41 and will defend the war presidency of 43 to my death, enough is enough!

In fact, instead of hauling out the SNL Walker Bridgade (Barbara Bush) why not make the Mexican wife do a little work for a change hustling up some Latino votes with her perfect Spanish!

While channeling his inner Sheehan, Ducking Donald the DUmocrat forgot about the mobile labs, the mustard and sarin, the IEDs that used Saddam’s stockpiles, and I the torture rooms and wood chippers, or the Russian convoys that transported much across the border. Besides, Saddam and sons were WMDs!
