I was working in some European country in 2000 and underground sale catalogue of items from Museums of countries invaded by USA after 9/11 were available.
Museums were looted during shock and Awe and items were in market within month.
Go Figure.
Yes, it was wrong on so many levels. But on the other hand, those antiquities won’t be destroyed by ISIS.
