Well, this should fall under the aegis of the local coroner, and a full autopsy and toxicology report would be made available. If you see any quick movement by the Obama Regime to shroud it or otherwise interfere, you can pretty much assume that they're trying to sweep something under the rug.

Not so sure. It’s a federal crime to murder federal officials, including judges. 18 U.S. Code, Sec. 115.

(Wasn’t always that way. But it is now.)

So the FBI and U. S. Marshals would seem to have primary investigative jurisdiction, meaning they could and probably would block any action by a local official.
