He healed the soldier’s daughter, and she didn’t have faith.
Her father did, but she, herself, wasn’t involved in the healing.

I agree with you that the nation must repent. However, God never sits anything out, even the smallest things are sustained by the wise, free, unchangeable ordinance of his will. All faith comes from Jesus, it is his gift.
