I went to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy in 1976 and got a thorough and wonderful education in that Col, Ohio institution. Graduated #1 in the end (Basic 62!!!). Where the hell did this guy get his education? Jewish, jihdist, etc.? Nope. Must have been a nutcase white guy.
