But they were not “marked” classified at the time she sent or received them (since she chose not to mark them classified) so it is ok.
Under the same logic, you can tell classified secrets to anyone you want since your words are not “marked” classified at the time that they leave your mouth.
What seems to have disappeared from the reporting is the fact that just setting up the server to handle ANY government business was in strict violation of the law.
I’d like to hear some of our ersatz conservative congressmen and pithy pundits point that out more often (or how about even mentioning it once?)
Under the same logic, you can tell classified secrets to anyone you want since your words are not âmarkedâ classified at the time that they leave your mouth.
This is another what the meaning of the word is is.
Messages are marked with their exact TYPE and LEVEL of classification, such as FOUO, Confidential, secret, top secret and never have the WORD "classified" imprinted on any of them.
The very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, (Got that.. VERY) most important thing is top secret and SAP are ONLY found in the very closed JWICS ecosystem NEVER connected to the outside world (air gap). SIPRnet is FOUO, confidential and secret, again, there is NO CONNECTION to the outside world internet. Extreme, deliberate espionage is required to hand carry classified data from a closed JWICS or SIPRnet system into an unclas NIPRnet or other unsecure network.
They don’t have to be marked anything. They’re training to recognize sensitive material, it is classified by default. If photos of secret NK nuclear sites were sent to you, with no markings, it’s obvious it is classified material.
This whole “nothing was marked classified” thing is nonsense.
They have enough evidence right now. There is no excuse for not prosecuting. As the we’re all not equal under the law at this time, we should not recognize the authority of the government. This has gone too far.
pure BS answer to cover for queen Hillary. IMO, if the public can't see it, it is obviously secret. If it is secret today, it certainly must have been more secret when it was written.
