EXCLUSIVE: The battle of the senators is back in full force.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz's presidential campaign is releasing a tough new TV ad in South Carolina that targets rival Sen. Marco Rubio on the contentious issue of illegal immigration â featuring people at a faux âself helpâ session lamenting their past support of the Florida senator.
The 30-second commercial is part of a six-figure ad buy in the Palmetto State ahead of the Feb. 20 Republican primary.
The ad, titled "Self Help," mimics a 12-step group setting, showing people sitting in a circle of folding chairs in a dark room.
"I voted for a guy who was a Tea Party hero on the campaign trail then he went to D.C. and played patty cake with Chuck Schumer and cut a deal on amnesty," one of the participants tells the group.
The group moderator asks him: "Does that make you angry?"
"Angry? No it makes me feel dumb for trusting him," the middle-aged man says.
"Maybe you should vote for more than just a pretty face next time," another member of the group says.
Right then, a man walks into the room wearing a Rubio-for-president shirt.
"You guys got room for one more?"
The Cruz campaign is also releasing a new website along with the ad called conservativesanonymous.org.

Sorry about that.
Oops. One too many porn stars. LOL!
It’s a shame the ad was pulled, because this is the best angle from which to undermine Rubio. They should re-shoot it.
“I’m an alien, I’m an ILLEGAL alien
I’m a Canadian in New York”
h/t Sting
Fox is a little late to the game on this one, eh?
I like what she’s doing with that tongue.
Fact is, the issue of immigration wasn’t important to Cruz or Rubio when they made their announcement speech to run for president (While we pay their salaries for over a year)
Cruz’s speech was all about your imagination, but he did mention Cuba six times.

“Video removed by user for being a dumbass”
I saw her last night on CNN. She is a Conservative Republican, according to her. I checked on her on IMDB and all of stuff was soft porn stuff on cable or in B movies along with some more main stream stuff.
Tempest in a tea pot. I would have had more respect if Cruz had kept the ad. Now this woman is probably getting a lot of calls for more work. Wonder who she should thank?
This is an unforced err on the part of the Cruz campaign. Trump and his supporters had nothing to do with it. As Jake said a Liberal deviant (reporter) watching late-night Cinemax recognized her and called the Cruz campaign who promptly panicked. Now one can speculate that this is because they are only pretending to be caring Christians, but that would be speculation.
Cruz is an odd one. Freaks out over some actress that’s done a few R rated movies, but has no problem with a notorious video clip synonymous with “Die, MotherF**er, Die”.
Seriously, there’s a screw loose.
Brilliant.
Being misled by a pretty face is pretty much the point.
It was a fortuitous slandal.
I suspect more people saw it after it was pulled... due to the controversy.
I found it on an alternative site.
