You make a good point about are wives fair game if they're out there with their husbands. I would say no, unless they're working on the campaign. Besides which, Melania is an asset....she's well educated, intelligent, successful, a loving mother and ideal supportive wife for a politician.

If GWB were out there just as a loving brother, fine. But he isn't just that. He's a former President, and gets the same scrutiny Bill does when he's out there campaigning for hill.
