It's not that. When dealing with different types of real estate you have several ways of valuing the properties and it gets rather complicated especially with commercial real estate. Valuing real estate is very much an art and not a science.
What is the value of any property on any given day? Well, it's what a ready willing and able buyer is willing to pay on any given day.
Could be a million one day, million and a half the next.
Okay, I see it much more clearly now. Except I still like this vision of Trump slouching in his chair doing the rebellious teen bit. thanks again.

This is crap. The values of his holdings are largely in real estate which has seen tremendous volatility in the past 5 years.
The posting of this crap shows anyone reading how low class a poster can be to throw up nonsense and think they are making a point. It demeans FR as a prime source of informative discussion and news.

If you knew anything about valuing real estate, you would understand where Trump is coming from.
I understand exactly where Trump comes from. “NEW YORK”

Trumps real estimated wealth in 2005 when the book was published was no more than $300 million, and then there was the real estate bubble burst in 2007-2008. Impossible to believe Trumps net worth would have increased 20-40 fold in that time.
To: Abbeville Conservative
Cruz supporters consistently demonstrate they are Constitutionally illiterate.
