Ain’t it funny how ten year old kids have better camera equipment that shoots higher resolution with sound than law enforcement has, especially since this was a set position.
We have 100 LEOs but not one body cam, no dash cams, no one documenting this any better than a grainy overhead from a drone, that may be interpreted differently by different people.

Patriots come in all shapes and sizes, some are ordered to do it, some volunteer, some have it fall on them.
Most folks just bend over when told to, even when they are in the right, it’s easier and way cheaper than fighting, and no one calls you a “nutjob”. Some even plead guilty to lesser charges because they can’t afford to defend themselves against the Govt and risk actual prison time rather than “probation”. Some folks won’t, and will even stand up for others that they feel are being persecuted.
Some would rather die on their feet than live on their knees.
You need to go back and check the facts: 2 feet snow, hands up, etc.
The constitution allows for plenty of protections if we had leaders with the balls to enforce them.

he was in knee deep snow, walking away from any officers, slowly, one shaky step at a time (remember, knee deep snow on the side of the road)
he was shot from behind by a cop that had no vantage to see ‘a hidden gun’
then again, if you’re really a prosecutor, the lackadaisical approach to reviewing evidence is not surprising.
