Radio host Rush Limbaugh says the GOP establishment's reaction to Donald Trump's victory in New Hampshire Tuesday night is an indicator its leaders are in denial or poorly hiding "abject panic."

Rush seems to make sure that any candidate that has a chance to win, is not too damaged. He may back Rubio, but he also backs Cruz and Trump. I’ve heard him defend many candidates who are gone like Florina or Christie. Rush wants a strong candidate going into November. But he will not picked one.
To me, Rubio and Bush seem very damaged. But their backers are so huge that they can keep going. There is a way of thinking that suggests if Christie, Bush, Kasich, and Rubio condense to a single candidates there is enough votes for that candidate to win. I don’t think so, but that is what many elites think. And Rush is not going to destroy anyone of that group because they may take all the elite votes.
You say the same damn bovine scatology on Rush threads. Most of us here are adults and we can sort out what Rush is saying in content and context pretty much on our own without having to read your daily repetitive crap.
Now have an intelligent conversation. Does the GOPe know voters are rebelling? Some of us might find that an interesting topic, Yeah I know, Rush is a baaaaaad person, just like your little boogie man.
Rubio is the emptiest suit of them all.
~He said pieces that lash out at Trump are journalistic tantrums by those who are âunable to controlâ narratives as they did years ago.~
Rush is half right here. Those articles are the bread and butter of the political hit men and women posing as journalist.
He’s right, they have lose control of the narrative. That has to do with a waking electorate and available social media sources which bypass the MSM information wall.
However, I wouldn’t characterize it as a tantrum. They are just doing the job their paid to do albeit frustrated nothing is swaying public opinion.
I had been adaily listener since 1990, but his blind spot on Rubio was too much.
Rubio: All the slipperiness of Bill Clinton, with none of the smarts.
Rooo-beee-oooh brings ‘e ALL in from Mehh-ickk-kooo!
He will do fine, just as long as THEY CAN CONCEAL THAT FACT!
And bonus Dumbo ears.
I turned him off when he didn’t mention the connections of Murdoch with the open borders lobby group, and their subsequent support of Rubio. Add to that, the relative of a VP from Fox who holds a high position in the Rubio campaign.
Rush’s protection of biased Fox is what put me off. They are his friends and he placed that ahead of truth telling.
Rush has said over and over that he hasn’t endorsed anyone. He has said he will praise or defend any GOP candidate on any point where he thinks that candidate was right and vice versa. He has said many positive things about Trump and many positive things about Cruz well
What happen to the 13th commandment Rush principal stand respect Regan's 13th Amendment.
I think he been asked not to attend Mar A Largo and Trump National in West Palm Beach.
I haven’t heard him attack anyone. I’ve heard him disagree with different points they’ve raised at different times but did so respectfully. Even then his criticism was of an idea not of the candidate
Buy stock in Fruit of the Loom.
Cause they’re changing their skivvies five times a day in D.C. right now.
He defended Rubio after the debate saying debates don’t matter, it was just a minor mistake, no big deal, etc.
Rubio was his guy prior to the N.H. primary. Rush and Rubio made that clear with his CAMPAIGN MANAGER CLAIMING IT ON CNN.
Rush was in the tank for the GOPE - for whatever reason - but it didn’t work.
Rush can comment on the movement but he is not in front of it. He can’t control it any more. (See my post on the American Spring!)
Rush gets it and is probably the best asset independent conservatives have.
Back when HW was president Rush spent the night at the White House. I don’t know what HW did to Rush, but Rush has been the voice of the GOPe ever since. Most of the time he gets to pretend he is a real conservative but believe me when the establishment yanks his chain Rush does their bidding.
Rush is right. He played a clip of Reince Priebus yesterday. If Priebus believed what he said, the GOP establishment is so far out of touch it must be dismantled. My first choice for that task is Ted Cruz. But I will settle for Donald Trump if necessary.
He never supported Rubio. He tries to follow the Reagan rule of not criticizing other Republicans over democraps. If you listen you can tell he favors Cruz and always has.
Aside from that, Mrs. Kennedy, how was your trip to Dallas?
Yeah, That Rubio promotion caused me to cancel my subscription to Rush. He did it right before the NH Primary. He did the same thing the day of the Iowa Caucus, when he suddenly started bashing TRUMP. A lot of folk were really angry over both incidences. There were a few articles written about it. Lots of folk were taken aback.
