Not as long as the "Black Code*" remains in effect.

*The internet refuses to give a definition of "Black Code" as anything other than laws enacted by southern states in the aftermath of the Civil War to deny rights to recently freed slaves. However, there is another meaning to the term "Black Code." The "Black Code" is the unwritten, yet almost universally followed rule which holds that whenever a black person is challenged by or in a dispute with a white person, all blacks must immediately take the side of and support the black person. The objective merits of the dispute and the wrongfulness of the conduct of the black person are irrelevant under the "Black Code." Example; the criminal trial of O.J. Simpson and the jury's verdict.

Until the "Black Code" is no longer followed by black people, the race problem in America will remain intractable.

And by large measure, Black Ministers too! Most Black “MInisters” (can you say Rev Al and Rev Jesse) are simply in “The God Business.” I mean it’s a good gig when you “help” stupid people part with what little cash they have.
