I don’t think she was drunk. I think she knew she would lose this one, and had this speech carefully prepared - it was one of the most lucid and measured ones she’s given; and actually, her discordant voice was a lot better on this speech.
Speech was full of appealing to minorities - watch for it again, at the next loss.

I saw Hillary s the speech on CNN. It was very good. Polished like a brass knob. It was breath taking in its hypocrisy. It reminded me of Kathy Bates hovering over, with a sledgehammer.
