Do you want public figures to use all manner of profanity in public? Will that set a great example for our kids?

There’s a reason those words are supposed to be used in private only. If you remove the taboo on speaking that way in public, you coarsen the culture.

What you said. I suspect Trump supporters would be outraged if we used the same terms against them.

No offense, but the time to talk about ‘coarsening the culture’ was when FDR first took office.

It’s been downhill ever since.

That said, give me a man who curses in public over a man who denies doing it in private.
