To be fair, right after a huge emotional let-down may not be the best time for a press conference, for anybody.

Some people handle a lot worse with dignity.

He needs to grow up a little. Sullen and despondent but still condescending. That aside, he didn’t “storm out”. He just got up and walked away.

To be fair and honest, their called PROFESSIONAL football players for a reason. He is the MVP of the league and the face of the NFL, and contractually required to speak with press. And evidently still just another talented over payed thug.

I have watched Brady, Wilson, Manning & many others give press conferences after losing superbowls without getting mad and walking out.

This is all being swept under the rug soon by the media because right as Newton walked out Bill Romanowski called him a boy on Twitter.

Did you watch the presser of the lineman from Carolina and Newton’s? Don’t remember his name, but he was cordial, answered questions fully and didn’t pout. Looked and acted like a professional.

The coach managed a few minutes with the network. You could tell he was disappointed, but he also used the Broncos’ loss a couple of years ago to inspire his team.

Meanwhile, Cammie Poo storms out and won’t talk to anyone. Does he think the league arranged for him to lose because he’s black, or something similar?

I remember Manning losing a Super Bowl and running off the field and not talking to anyone. His actions were universally condemned. He later said it was the other QB’s night and he didn’t want to take away the spotlight.

I would imagine Newton knew if he tried to speak he’d bawl like a baby. So he walked off.
