He did indirectly answer it by saying he'd beef up the E-Verify system and deny them welfare, so you could infer he'd rely on self-deportation.
Too many ifs, ands, or buts, and assumptions in that. I want to hear Ted unequivocally state that, the illegals have to go. Period, full stop, end of sentence.
