A Cornell University student has been charged in connection with a sex assault at a fraternity house, school officials said.
The alleged assault happened around 2 a.m. last Sunday and resulted in the fraternity, Psi Upsilon, getting suspended, Cornell University police said.
On Thursday, Ballinger, 21, of New York City, was arraigned in Ithaca City Court and was sent to Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. University police said they identified him as the perpetrator "with the assistance of the victim."

Problem is that the sexual communists want everyone to think that if a girl has one drink, or voluntarily gets intoxicated, that the male is at fault if she consents to sex. If a person who voluntarily gets drink gets behind the wheel and kills someone can be held responsible for killing someone, then a girl who voluntarily does keg stands and downs vodka bottles can indeed consent to sex and be responsible for doing so.
Sexual communism must end. Our young men, the people who make America's economy and military go around, are in danger. Demasculinization is what ended the Roman Empire and will end American greatness if Obama Hussein and his "It's On Us" to castrate males doesn't end.

At least in this case the police are involved, and the accused can have his day in court, not some unacceptable campus tribunal.

Did the victim assist police or assist the alleged perpetrator? Who is the writer quoting when the quotation marks are put around with the assistance of the victim? Gibberish.

It’s a little strange to say the least.
Were I a male college student now...I wouldn’t go anywhere near a female student, anywhere, at any time.
He’d been better off doing one of the “townies”. Which is what I did while I was in Ithaca 20 years ago. I never dated the girls on “the hill” even then. I would not even consider it, no matter how pretty she was. The potential risk for a life ruining event then far outweighed the possibility of a few minutes of pleasure. The IC, Wells Collge, TCC, and SUNY Cortland girls were also off limits too.
No, I would frequent the locals hangouts, and mix with the local rabble at the ski slopes, Greek Peak, Song Mtn, and Labrador Mtn.

University police said they identified him as the perpetrator "with the assistance of the victim." In other words, it was completely consensual. It's getting to the point where it's considered sexual assault if you even smile and wink at a girl on a college campus.

The chicks want to have it both ways. They want all the same rights as men, to be treated exactly the same, but if a girl and a guy both get drunk and have sex, she is the victim and he is the rapist.

I went to a commuter college; college students trying to re-create the days of “Animal House” (when draft deferments drove many non-students into colleges) are just depressing. I would not do well on a campus with kids looking for four more years of high school.

If she lied about the assault, she will suffer no consequences.

A white male frat-boy named Wolfgang ... its so PERFECT for “The Narrative”!!!!
Given that the last 3 high-profile white male frat-boy rape allegations have turned out to be false, I view this story with suspicion and doubt.

interesting how liberals, who are for criminal justice reform (as are some Republicans), are for increasing the bar to convict alleged criminals of crimes, EXCEPT for sexual assault and rape, for which they're promoting this BS "preponderance" and campus tribunals because somehow, the police being involved is "painful" and "shameful" to the victim, OOPPs I mean "survivor." Ironic in other way since many of the false rape accuseds of epochs past were black people, who liberals purport to protect. But then again, these days, liberals target white people. In fact, white liberals cheese me off the most; they're more militant about these things than black/Hispanic liberals. This piece of monster hypocrisy is one of the big reasons I've left the Democrat Party. Obama and his "Dear Colleague" and "Its On Us" being the thing I can point to regarding this. Also, regarding Given that the last 3 high-profile white male frat-boy rape allegations have turned out to be false, I view this story with suspicion and doubt. Its really that liberals wanna get rid of frats/sororities altogether because gender is a "societal construct" instead of a holy construct God made.
