So much for a new strategy.
Donald Trump dramatically bulked up his campaign schedule in New Hampshire this week as he faced criticism that he doesn't do enough retail politics.
But with a snowstorm barreling down on the state, the Trump campaign canceled a morning town hall in Londonderry -- his only campaign stop in the Granite State scheduled for Friday, just days out from Tuesday's primary contest.
"Big storm in New Hampshire. Moved my event to Monday. Will be there next four days," Trump tweeted.

Unfortunately, Trump isn't pulling his weight to get this done. He's acting like someone who doesn't take his own campaign seriously. Among other things, the "snowstorm" that has stopped him isn't exactly a blizzard, since every other candidate is in the Granite State campaigning away, but Trump couldn't be bothered to be there because he had to fly home and back (like Carson going back to FL to get fresh clothes in Iowa).
Stunts like this may cost him states that were his to lose, and the beneficiary won't be Cruz, but Rubio and the GOP establishment.
I am withholding deciding on Cruz or Trump until we get Rubio and Yeb out of the race, and I wish many here had done the same.
And just WHERE do YOU live?
Airports were shut down due to the snow. So therefore roads were equally bad. Do you really think he’d want supporters risking themselves on the road? Especially after a member of Carson camp dies due to snow???
Trump is down here tonight in SC for a huge rally in Florence .. long ago scheduled
That was the most bizarre thing I’ve read today.
You want him to hold an event during a winter storm because why?
Trump/Cruz 2016
As far as I know, all of his major and not-so major GOP opponents are there, as are Bernie and Hillary. If road hazards were really an issue, he could cancel the rally, but you’re not going to deny that not even being in the state doesn’t look like a sign of commitment to potential supporters (i.e. “if he can’t even be bothered to be here like the other candidates, why should we trudge through the snow to vote for him?”)
It’s not a stunt, airports were closing. He does have a rally this evening at 7 in Florence, SC.
It also hit NYC and was the wet, heavy, cement-like snow and while not blizzard conditions...dangerous to fly in!
Trump had FIVE different events, IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, yesterday and one small one in N.H. this morning and one in S.C. tonight!
Riiiiiiiiiiiiight...he isn't doing "anything". /s
These dopey Cruzers find any means to slander Trump yet make themselves look stupid in the process
Georgia - vote super Tuesday. Plan to vote for either Trump or Cruz, based on who has more delegates at that point and the best shot at stopping Rubio.
You know what? NH voters get it that anyone who could get out of the area that got slammed without much warning is providing a service.
How bad is it getting in beautiful SC with so many northerners moving there? We hope to (possibly) move to SC someday. Hope it doesn’t go from red to purple to blue like some other states have...
Why would he sit around in NH being unproductive when he could take the time to rally in another important state??
Wow there are a lot of cross-threaded heads around here.
What rally scares me is that Trump decided to sleep in NY... bad move
Trump didn’t get back to NY until after 1 am Friday and his entourage actually did get stuck on the roads between the two states. So there was legitimate concern. Plus the Town Hall was only postponed, not actually cancelled.
