He is as much of a constitutional scholar and Barack Hussein Obama is a constitutional scholar. ‘Birthright’ citizenship is a feudal concept derived from a king’s prerogative to make subject to himself, all those born within his dominions, so remind me, when did our nation revert back to having a king as sovereign? Just when did this happen? Obama is not president but ‘king’? No wonder he acts like he does! And now natural born Canadian Ted Cruz is seeking to set himself up our next king!

No evolution here. He said he wants to end birthright citizenship. He didn’t say the Constitution doesn’t allow it. It will take a constitutional amendment to end it which he supports.

In the video he never said he was for birthright citizenship. He said it would be hard to argue against it to the Supreme Court and it would be more effective to secure the border. It’s disingenuous to imply that he was for birthright citizenship and now he is against it. He didn’t change his position. He has always been against it.
