The Donald brought this on himself, Sarah is the most innocent here. When I heard she was endorsing him I was like “oh no Sarah not him.” I was surprised she stuck her neck out for him, same goes for Phylis Schaffly.

Actually I wish Sarah was running...cause I’m actually looking for a candidate that really really does care about “we the people.”

I see so many problems neighbors and family and friends are dealing with in everyday life, and very little is heard about those issues. Like the heroin issue in New Hampshire, someone should be all over that to see what could be done to address that

Other than the founding fathers has there been someone who really was looking out for the good of the people?

Sarah has lost her shine. She has not improve in speaking and her kids need to grow up. They give her a bad name in a lot of circles.

Cruz won 51,666 votes and Trump won 45,427 votes. His 6239 extra votes won him one more delegate than Donald Trump. Desertion seems like a bit of an embellishment.

>> Trump lost by a few thousand votes-— don’t think it means too much <<

Well, it seems to have meant plenty enough to him, what with his childish whining about the outcome.

Trump had a tantrum because the MEDIA told him he was ahead by 4 points .. BUT HE REALLY Wasn’t .. the MEDIA was lying (or guessing) .. but the MEDIA hated Cruz so much, they couldn’t bear the thought of Cruz winning .. so they lied.

If I were Trump, I’d be mad too. However, I think Trump got a little carried away and really made a fool of himself.

These people act like Trump thought he had it because he was riding high in the polls. For most of the primary season, he trailed in polls first to Carson then to Cruz. Iowa was never his strong area, not the big turnaround it’s being talked up as.

I doubt 2 through 10 are really true.

There might be something to #1 though.
(Carson voters switched to Cruz instead of Trump)
I saw an article saying all 5 from a NH carson pac switched to Cruz.

The biggest reason is people figured out he is a blowhard. People realized he would get old very fast if elected.

He would never give any specifics on anything he wants to do.

He would just talk loud and insult people. A little of that is ok; but that is all he had.

Doughty, this is beneath you. Trump fully expected to win and all his supporters expected that as well.

Iowa was very important then and to come on now and say Iowa didn’t matter is disingenuous. Iowa probably doesn’t matter much but saying it after Trump lost is just pathetic.

That is an interesting point about Sarah Palin. I had no idea if she would help him much or not.

I must say I was surprised she endorsed him.

But I’ve noticed she’s kind of become invisible lately or have I just missed it?

Maybe Trump decided she’s not worth what he was paying her.

I would agree with 4,8,9 and 10.

I’m not sure about the others, might classify those as subjective opinion or maybe, maybe not.

Cruz won 51,666 votes

Is that number accurate?

He's been marked...

I miss the Sarah of old. Her speech in 2008 is what got me to volunteer and make phone calls.

Since then she has done too many reality TV shows; and has had too much drama with her kids.

One could only think what a different nation we would have today with her as VP. However to get her as VP we would have had McCain!
All the economic problems would now be the Republicans fault and the conservative movement likely damaged as Sarah would have been a lighting rod being VP.

The Carson thing is weird.

Ben Carson attacking Ted Cruz instead of Donald Trump.

Trump was the original enemy whose vicious attacks pretty much killed Ben Carson’s chances.

Does he not even remember that?

I do not understand Ben Carson at all.
