You can’t win a campaign on media coverage alone. Trump clearly has no idea how to run a campaign. Turns out building casinos doesn’t prepare you managing a campaign any more than it prepares you for running the government.

....So Ted can decide what his deeply held conservative principles need to be for ads in that primary.

I would suggest you not even go there. Supporters of Donald Trump have no ground for talking about ANYONE’s morals or conservative principles. Everyone in this race has better principles than Trump. What more can you say about a serial adulterer, strip club owner, Democrat for most of his life, and former Playboy model? The man and his supporters have no grounds to criticize.

“Donald J. Trump left his first wife and married his mistress, only to leave her a few years later for another mistress. Reportedly he left his second wife by leaking the news to a NY newspaper and left the headline on the bed for his wife to find. In his book, The Art of the Deal, Trump bragged about having sex with many women, including some who were married. He has appeared on the cover of Playboy Magazine with a model wearing only his tuxedo jacket. He has mocked the disability of a NY Times reporter. He belittled John McCain for being a prisoner of war. His casino in Atlantic City was the first in the country to open up a strip club. His Twitter account is a running barrage of insults, lies, and personal attacks on anyone who disagrees with him. And did we mention he famously cheats at golf? Now who does that remind you of?”

But at least it’s Trump that 60 percent of the American people dislike — MORE THAN ANY CANDIDATE IN THE HISTORY OF GALLUP’S POLLING SINCE 1992. If, as you say, Cruz is creepy, how is it that Donald Trump is regarded as the most disliked candidate.

Gee, if a poll says Trump is disliked, it must be so.

So you must be a typical lawyer/politician to manage a government?

No thanks.

It’s a little hard to function in a political system if you don’t know anything about politics.

Not necessarily, but Trump is grating on a lot of people. His temper tantrums — “Cruz stole Iowa and let’s have a do-over” — grow old, as do his constant sleazy attacks on people. In Trump’s eyes, Ben Carson is compared to a child molester and his Adventist faith is attacked, Megyn Kelly is a bimbo, Carly Fiona is ugly, Cruz looks like a jerk and is a liar. The man is the mouth that roared and won’t stop. He’s about as presidential as a carnival barker. If he suits your fancy, fine, I won’t support a serial adulterer, strip club owner, and long-time Democrat who thinks his pro-abort sister would make a great SC justice.

When the political system is made up of shyster lawyers and big dollar donors we would be better off if it did not function.

I will stick with non politician Trump.

His temper tantrums — “Cruz stole Iowa and let’s have a do-over”

That's what's disappointing. Iowa is not the Hill to Die On.

No, that veteran-owned biz bit is a complete distortion. That was an issue of sidewalk vendors in front of his ritzy building in NY. Its not something he “wants” to do in “neighborhoods”.

It may be disappointing, but it’s no surprise. I have gotten a kick out of Trump ratting the Democrats, the GOP-E and media, but trust him to be president? Are these folks kidding? Trump reminds me of the choice Californians faced — elect a great conservative (Tom McClintock, who could never be elected) or elect a Kennedy liberal (Arnold Schwarzegger), who can be elected. The dense ones voted for Arnold — and helped destroy the GOP brand even further in California. Trump is the same blank canvas that Arnold and Obama were. Trump can be whatever you want him to be. If I didn’t love my country and fear for its future, I’d almost get a kick out of seeing Trump win, so we ould taunt his supporters for the rest of their FR days. What a mistake Trump would be!!!

The Trump groupies cry wolf with so many fake scandals.

Like Trump, they don’t try to win on issues.

If you think that Trump, who has admitted to “buying” politicians for years is ‘non-political’, you’ve been living under a rock.

It’s better we support the candidate who calls people pathological and compares them to child molesters? This is the candidate who’s going to reform politics into something warm and fuzzy?

I worked for tech companies in Manhattan, the street venders are all over midtown and the financial district sometimes great food. Good way to get a meal when on the run or when you don’t have time for a restaurant.

They are legitimate businesses run by vets. He wants his properties treated different than other businesses. SHows what a hypocrite Trump really is.
