In the lead-up to Donald Trump's loss in Iowa, staffers sought additional funding for campaign infrastructure and were denied.
Now, six days from the New Hampshire primary and looking for his first win, Trump is still refusing to shake up his ground game. He has added just one paid organizer in the state, a move that came a month ago. Instead, he is pushing ahead with plans to campaign outside of the state in the final week of voting and will count on the glamour of famous surrogates, including his sons, who plan to tour New Hampshire beginning this weekend.

But while the campaign has shifted resources into the first primary state, that move amounted to a single staffer - Stuart Jolly, a former Americans for Prosperity operative brought onto the campaign to focus on the Southern states that vote on March 1.
One person familiar with the move said Jolly was brought in because New Hampshire state director Matt Ciepielowski, a 2011 college graduate, was "in over his head."

,,, and his immature , sophomoric name calling is absolutely his own shots . Mocking a physically challenged reporter or Carly’s face etc. will eventually do him in . So much name calling and negative insults will get old to the serious conservative voter . Now we have Jimma Carta endorsing Trump ,, saying he is the most malleable GOP candidate meaning he has switched his positions more than anyone else and he’s right . In the past Trump was hardly a CLOSET liberal on most social issues and the dems will use all those liberal videos of him praising Hillary , Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer etc. if he wins the GOP nomination ,,,, bank on it . .

Trump worked nonstop, going home on weekends and going to construction sites. His father didn’t believe in trust funds or in spoiling children. Trump raised his kids the same way.

“4 votes for each precinct. The Des Moines Register is calling for an audit!!” you imply in your post that the Register is calling for an investigation of the Republican Caucus. The article at the Register does not mention the Republican Caucus.
As to why not because unlike the Democrats, Republicans post the raw vote totals and don’t use coin flips

Trump: 2 million
Rubio: 3.7
Cruz: 4.5
...
Bush : 27 million
That’s total, national spending of course. Not just in Iowa.
If it kept up at this rate it would cost Bush over 33 billion just to win the nomination...

When you’re advocating closing down the tiny bit of gov’t that is affected by a gov’t shutdown, you bear some responsibility for the consequences. And Cruz almost cost one of our senators his seat. And this is, evidently, the only friend he has in the Senate, btw.
Sen Cruz can claim he stood on his principles all he wants, however, there is this: we were the minority party at the time, and Obama was in the White Hut at the time: There was NO WAY Cruz was going to prevail and he knew it — yet continued his grandstanding. I’m not the biggest Rand Paul fan, but his filibuster had some real results. Cruz’ not at all. Except that Mike Lee had to kiss a lot of fannies to make sure he wasn’t primaried by a Romney who was going to have Huntsman money, besides. And if you don’t know how significant that is, think of the Hatfields and McCoy’s joining forces to get rid of someone.

Exactly. So far he’s right on track. Better than anticipated in Iowa (despite Cruzgate), NH will be the first real test.
